Sales Agent – Rob Johnson State Farm
Role Overview:
Join Rob Johnson State Farm as a Sales Agent and become a vital driver of growth and success within our insurance agency. This role is ideal for a proactive, sales-driven professional who excels at understanding customer needs, delivering personalized insurance solutions, and consistently surpassing sales targets. If you are passionate about building long-term client relationships and eager to advance your career, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and qualify leads to expand the agency’s customer base.
  • Educate clients on State Farm Insurance products and tailor coverage recommendations to meet their unique needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships through consistent follow-up and proactive client communication.
  • Accurately maintain client records and manage policy updates to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Results-oriented mindset, motivated by meeting and exceeding measurable goals.
